Payment
Your credit card on file will be automatically charged every Friday for the following week’s delivery — unless a cancellation has been submitted by the Thursday deadline. Payment is due in full prior to delivery, allowing the chef to plan, source, and prepare your custom menu with the freshest seasonal ingredients available.
Cancellations & Schedule Changes
Need to skip a week? No problem. Cancellations or holds must be submitted by Thursday prior to the following week’s delivery. Whether you’re traveling, have guests in town, or simply don’t need meals that week — just let us know by Thursday and your order will be paused at no charge.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations received after the Thursday deadline may be subject to a cancellation fee, as ingredients will have already been sourced and prep may have begun.
Menu Customization
Custom menu requests, dietary changes, or preference updates should be submitted alongside your cancellation window — by Thursday of the prior week — to ensure your selections can be accommodated.
