At Rustik Chef, we take great care in packaging and shipping every order to ensure your culinary
products arrive fresh, intact, and beautifully presented. Please review our shipping policy below
before placing your order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within California only. Shipping is available to residential and commercial
addresses across Sonoma, Napa, Marin, and the greater Bay Area, with statewide delivery
available for select products. Nationwide shipping coming soon.
Shipping Carrier & Services
All orders are shipped via FedEx. We offer two delivery speed options at checkout:
- Next Day (FedEx Priority Overnight) — Order by 12:00 PM for same-day processing.
Delivery by the next business day. - 3-Day (FedEx Express Saver) — Order by 12:00 PM for same-day processing. Delivery
within 3 business days. - Standard Ground (FedEx Ground — 1–5 Business Days) — Most economical option.
Best for non-perishable and shelf-stable products. Delivery within 1–5 business days within
California (most areas receive within 1–3 days).
Note: Delivery times are estimates and do not include weekends or holidays. FedEx does not guarantee
delivery times in the event of weather delays or other carrier disruptions outside of our control.
